Returns
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. -
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible. -
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. -
Non-Returnable Items
Custom furniture or items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
